Feb. 18, 2015—Michael Bartsch has vacated his duties as vice president of Infiniti America, according to a report from Wards Auto.
Bartsch will be replaced by Nissan’s west region vice president Randy Parker.
Bartsch was said to leave in order to “pursue other interests.” He leaves the job after 18 months, and follows Johan de Nysschen, who was the global head of Infiniti for less than two years. Prior to joining Infiniti, Bartsch was the COO for Porsche Cars North America.
Parker will be Infiniti’s third top U.S. executive in as many years. Nissan executive vice president Andy Palmer also left the company recently to become the CEO of Aston Martin.
