The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Friday, May 7 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Documenting the Repair Process - How to Do It Right.”
To be effective in the workforce, shops need to accurately document steps in the repair process to ensure that the needs of both the employer and customer are met. Rhett Holland with ALLDATA will unveil methods to make sure this is done, contributing to better profitability along the way. For those who are not sure they can attend, we encourage them to register so they receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available. After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar.
