Wesco Group agrees to terms with Auto Paint Specialties

The Wesco Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of Auto Paint Specialties, a three-store PPG platinum distributor in Western Washington. APS President Dan Gemeroy will join the acquisition team at the Wesco Group.

LYNNWOOD, Wash. – The Wesco Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of Auto Paint Specialties, a three-store PPG platinum distributor in Western Washington. APS President Dan Gemeroy will join the acquisition team at the Wesco Group.

Gemeroy said, “The decision became easy after working with Wesco. The transition couldn’t have been any smoother. I look forward to my next challenge after some travel and time away.”

Dan will help with acquisition efforts as Wesco expands its footprint across the country, says Roger Howe, who heads up the Wesco acquisition efforts. “We are thrilled to have Dan join the team at Wesco.”
