CDS hires new talent to support collision market

In the last 45 days, Collision Diagnostic Services has hired three key individuals: Timothy Hoke, National Sales Manager, Lisa Brown, Account Manager and Cathy Mills, Account Manager.

Collision Diagnostic Services has hired new team members to support its growing business in the areas of sales and operations. In the last 45 days, CDS has hired three key individuals: Timothy Hoke, National Sales Manager, Lisa Brown, Account Manager and Cathy Mills, Account Manager.

This seasoned team of new hires brings more than 75 years of experience to their roles at CDS. Timothy Hoke, a longtime veteran of the automotive industry, has held positions ranging from factory-certified technician and service director in a multi-site repair facility to product development, training and sales for an OE repair software company. While there, Hoke helped launch new products for both the mechanical and the collision industries. Most recently, Hoke worked in sales and product training for Snap-On Diagnostics, where he was recognized as a Snap-on Gold Wrench Award Winner in 2011.

Cathy Mills is a knowledgeable professional with 25 years' experience in the collision industry including more than a decade working for a national consolidator in operations and as a regional trainer. Mills is an active member of the industry, serving as the Executive Director for the Florida Auto Body Collision Alliance (FACA), a role she has held for nearly 3 years. In 2012, Akzo Nobel named Mills one of three Most Influential Women in the collision repair industry.

Lisa Brown is a long-time independent business owner with more than 20 years' experience in the construction and insurance industries. During her tenure as an independent insurance agent, Brown was consistently ranked in the Top 20 for agents nationwide and ranked No. 1, several times. Brown qualified for both Chairman's and President's Club each year she sold insurance. She brings extensive business knowledge and sales experience to her role in account management at CDS.
