Copart has displayed its commitment to the future of the collision industry by contributing $20,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation. This donation from Copart will support the Education Foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund, which allows the Foundation to provide its annual student scholarships, school grants, and Ultimate Collision Education Makeover $50,000 school grant to collision programs in need of assistance due to harsh budget cuts.

Clark Plucinski, Collision Repair Education Foundation Executive Director stated, “As our organization operates and is able to provide support to high school and college collision students only through industry donations, I thank Copart for their continued support. The industry is asking for more qualified and capable entry-level workers and this can be accomplished only through taking an active role within the collision school programs. Through Copart’s donation and support we industry we can continue this effort.”

Industry organizations interested in joining the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s efforts to support secondary and post-secondary collision school programs should contact Education Foundation’s Director of Development, Brandon Eckenrode at [email protected] or 847.463.5244.
