The event, titled, “Are You an Expert?” is being held at the Hilton San Jose and Towers on Tuesday, April 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The program has been designed to give practical context to a rapidly-evolving industry that presents new challenges to repairers on an almost daily basis.

Rounding out the symposium is Fix Auto’s Senior Vice President of Insurance Services, Tim Clark, who, as an executive for a rapidly growing multi-location operation (MLO), will provide his perspective on how driving consistent operations and program compliance across a multi-location operation creates value for the participating shops while exceeding a carriers’ expectations.
