July 24, 2012—Garmat USA is offering a trip for two to Las Vegas to the winner of its second annual Sharp Shooter contest, which is meant to recognize paint technicians and shop owners who use the company’s equipment.
Garmat’s Sharp Shooter contest allows collision shop professionals to discuss their use of Garmat products through video and written statements. Garmat said judging of contest submissions will be based on the shop owner’s and paint technician’s dedication to providing quality paint jobs, superior customer service, attention to safety, and overall equipment knowledge.
Garmat said it will accept contest submissions through Sept. 18. The first 100 entrants will receive a Garmat Sharp Shooter cap. Five finalists will be awarded with a leather jacket, and the grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
"At tradeshows and site visits paint techs are always telling me how they prefer Garmat paint spray booths, so this is their chance to tell us why,” said Johan Huwaert, general manager of Garmat USA. "This contest allows us to open channels of communication with the techs so they can give us feedback on what they would like to see in a paint booth."
