Aug. 23, 2016—The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) has released an educational curriculum that, once completed, provides certificates and professional designations for collision repair professionals.
The online courses are presented by Mark Claypool, Frank LaViola, Frank Terlep, and FenderBender columnist Mike Anderson. Professional designations can be earned for customer service reps, office managers, managers and master-level general managers.
