The Keys to Earning a True Return on Your Investments

From advanced vehicle design to increased technology in customer interactions, the standard operating model for a modern collision repair center has changed dramatically in recent years. And in the face of building pressure to progress, many independent shops are left wondering how they stay on the leading edge of tools, technology, systems and processes that offer them an edge over competition.

In the third installment of FenderBender’s 2018 webinar series, sponsored by Robaina, two of the industry’s foremost thought leaders on shop technology will answer that very question.

You will learn:

  • How technology has shifted the vehicle ownership experience for your customers
  • How the industry’s technological shift has impacted your business
  • How, why and when to make the investments that will push your operation forward
  • How to earn a true return on the investments you make

DJ and his father, Dave, then founded Car Guys Collision Repair, which operated 13 locations throughout Florida. After selling to Joe Hudson’s Collision Centers earlier this year, DJ has retained management of his stores and is charged with growing the brand's reach in the region. DJ is an online columnist for FenderBender.
