Tiffany Menefee is the owner of Pronto Body Shop in El Paso, Texas, but before she became a shop owner in 2015, she spent six years as a licensed insurance adjuster and 15 years as a licensed insurance agent.
That gives her a unique perspective, and one that she has leveraged since moving to this segment of the industry. Menefee has maintained great relationships with her insurance partners and even sent some of her estimators to training to obtain their state's license for adjusters.
