Launch Tech USA, headquartered in Southern California, has become a serious competitor in the US Automotive aftermarket. Its products, including scan tools, are developed and manufactured by Launch Tech Co., Ltd. ("Launch China"), a public company headquartered in China.

The product line is broken up into two divisions: automotive diagnostics, and under-car service including lifts and alignment equipment. With the diagnostic solutions offered by Launch, its customers have the power to perform accurate, fast, OEM-level diagnostics and repair. To offer better service to local customers, the company is working with some key account partners in the US – to provide high quality tire equipment and lifts to the industry. Launch’s lifts are manufactured in the Shanghai lift factory, the biggest among all Asian lift factories. All lifts sold in the U.S. through the company's partners, are ALI certified.
