March 7, 2017—Enterprise Holdings announced it will unveil ARMS Business Solutions in April.
ARMS Business Solutions represents the integration of Performance Gateway and CynCast and aims to provide an integrated management suite to insurance carriers, adjusters, collisions repair shops, manufacturers, and all partners involved in the claims and repair channels.
Beginning April 12, 2017, all visitors of PerformanceGateway.com will be redirected to the ARMSBusinessSolutions.com log in page.
According to an email sent out to ARMS users from Enterprise, this means two things for all ARMS users:
- Effective immediately, add [email protected] to your email address book to ensure you'll continue to receive important emails, such as assignment notificaitons, estimate activities, profile expiration and change notificaitons. Identify any automated workflows that may filter your email addresses in your system to avoid missing any important notifications.
- Login information to PerformanceGateway.com will not change.

"These technologies include Performance Gateway and CynCast. All products and services are now available in the new softare plaform, ARMS Buisness Solutions."
