Cole’s Collision Centers Opens New Location

Oct. 1, 2015

Oct. 1, 2015—On Sept. 25, Cole’s Collision Centers announced the opening of its fifth and largest service center, located in Colonie, N.Y.

Cole opened its first location, also in Colonie, in 2007. The company continued to expand in 2010, adding two new centers in Ballston Spa and Wilton. The fourth location, in Clifton Park, opened in 2012.

The new shop features some of the most advanced auto repair equipment, including a custom, two-car USI Italia spray booth. The facility also includes room for over 30 cars, a showroom and training center, and is home to Cole’s management and insurance offices.

“Our customers recognize our commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards and offering the best quality service,” said John Cole, founder and president, Cole’s Collision Centers. “That commitment is what allows us to continue to grow and add more locations and employees. This new service center wouldn’t be possible without the support of our customers, partners, suppliers and staff.”

Fifteen new employees were hired to staff this location, from mechanical technicians and journeymen to clerical staff and customer service representatives.

An open house and ribbon cutting celebration was held on Sept. 24. Colonie Chamber of Commerce officials and local elected officials were in attendance. During the ceremony, Cole’s representatives presented a $5,000 donation to their charity partner, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region.

“Cole’s is a family-owned business and their support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region really shows their dedication to assisting families throughout this area,” said Jeff Yule, executive director, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. “We’re extremely grateful for their generous donation and wish them success with their newest expansion.”

The new facility is located at 1517 Central Avenue in Colonie.
