Caliber Collision has expanded its footprint in the Dallas Fort-Worth area.

Aug. 6, 2019—Caliber Collision announced Monday it has acquired Herb's Paint & Body across the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex.

Herb’s was founded in Jan. 1956 by Herb Walne at his Humble Oil (now Exxon) service station at Northwest Highway and Easton Road in Northeast Dallas.

“Our entire family is proud of the workmanship and reputation my father established beginning in 1956,” said Alan Walne. “Along with our 200 colleagues, we have done our very best to uphold his standard and culture for 63 years. We are proud that Caliber recognized Herb’s industry-leading collision repair.”

"We are proud to now operate 51 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex."
